Cathy is an Executive and Leadership Coach with a passion for Team Coaching and Leadership Development. She is a former Head of Marketing with Danone and has 20+ years’ experience in the fields of marketing, leadership, training and coaching. Cathy is a strong advocate of coaching to build and develop high performing leaders and teams in a dynamic environment, as well as during periods of transformational change.

Cathy’s services include Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Leadership Training. She believes that at the heart of successful businesses are empowered leaders who are passionate about what they do, results-driven, with an ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. She provides these services in organisations such as Tirlán, A&L Goodbody, EY, Storm Technology and Dublin City Council.

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons), and an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Executive and Leadership Coaching. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Accredited Coaching Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
