Jeff has been working in the Learning and Development arena for the past 20 years. Jeff was a founder member of the L&D function in Facebook and helped to design and develop all of their learning solutions.

• Designing and delivering Manager development systems

Jeff has a master’s Degree in performance management from Leicester University and is a qualified coach with the ICF.
