Founder of Modality Consulting Mary Lynch holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and Development from University of Leicester and a primary degree in Biotechnology from Dublin City University.

She is a highly skilled and dynamic organisational development consultant with over twenty experience working with a wide variety of Corporate, SME and public organisations in Ireland and internationally.

Mary specialises in the areas of Culture Change, Strategy Development, Large Group Faciliatation, Team Coaching and Leadership Development.
